Tutor Registration - Terms and Conditions

*	IMPORTANT: You should NOT be RUNNING/ OWNING/ ASSOCIATED TO a tuition agency/ centre. We take this matter seriously and will not hesitate to take legal actions against tuition agents/ consultants/ agencies who register as tutors in our company. By filling up our registration form, you agree that you are a genuine tutor.
*	SR Edulink Tuition Agency (henceforth known as the Agency) is entitled to a commission of 50% of the agreed first month's tuition fee.
*	You will attend the first lesson as per agreement. Failing which, you will be liable for the 50% agency fee.
*	You are liable for the agency fee of 50% if you stop your service during the initial two weeks.
*	You are required to complete at least one full term of tuition service, failing which, the student/ Agency has the right of refusal to make good any payment for tuition services rendered prior to the completion of the full term.
*	After the first four weeks of tuition, the parent/ student is obliged to pay you the remaining 50% of the first month's tuition fee.
*	You will be punctual on every tuition sessions. Under any circumstances that you will be late or are not able to attend a class, you will contact parent/ student to inform them. If you fail to do so, and parent/ student decide to get a replacement (within the first month), you will be liable for the 50% agency fee.
*	If requested, you will check the student’s homeworks before proceeding with the revisions. You are required to do revision using the student’s school text books first before going through the assessment books/ papers. Please refrain from using mobile phone/ SMS during lessons.
*	You will NOT collect any fee on agency’s behalf. We will send our despatch to personally do the collection.
*	You will NOT request or collect any ADVANCE payment from parent/ student. Payment will only be made once you’ve completed a full term (based on the agreed numbers of sessions per term. Eg. 8 sessions per term)
*	If at any time after accepting and confirming an assignment, and you are not able to honour the assignment, you will contact the agency 2 days in advance prior to the start date to inform the agency. Failing which, you will be liable for the 50% agency fee as the agency may not be able to replace you at a very short notice.
*	You agree to make payment of the agency fee if you breach any of the terms and conditions, which may result in loss of revenue for the agency. Failing which, you agree that SR Edulink may proceed with legal actions and you will bear all legal charges incurred.

*	The terms & conditions in this Agreement may be amended at any time the Agency deems necessary.
*	The Agency will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with the engagement of our matching services.

After your registration, you will be added to our Mailing List. An email will be sent to you for you to confirm the Mailing List subscription. Upon subscribing to our MaiList, you will receive available assignments by email.
